Making software fast on any processor

Born from research at ETH Zurich and RWTH Aachen. We saw performance engineers rewriting the same code for every new chip and decided to automate it.

Research roots

ETH Zurich + RWTH Aachen

Headquarters

Darmstadt, Germany

Founding team

Built by experts in compilers, HPC and systems engineering

Operating model

Small senior team, deep systems background, high ownership across compiler research, product, and deployment.

How we work

Startup velocity, grounded in fast proofs

Cultural protocol

Ambition is paired with evidence. We move quickly, prove value early, and only scale ideas that improve real workloads.

01

Concrete Over Conceptual

Every feature starts with a real-world example that proves its worth. If we can't show the "why" with a working demo, we don't build it yet.

02

Speed to Insight

We value the ugly demo over polished ghostware. Hard-coded values and zero UI to prove a concept today beats a perfect architecture next month.

03

High-Stakes Polish

We iterate fast on the problem, but once the value is proven, we commit to the last mile. We grind on the things that make the experience truly great.

04

Radical Agency

High-freedom, low-ego. Everyone has the autonomy to explore and the discipline to clear blockers immediately. We don't punish mistakes, we encourage progress.

05

Community-First Growth

Our strength lies in the ecosystem. We contribute to open source, speak at conferences, stay curious, and look for collaborators who are inspired by hard technical problems.
